Ptarmigan Lodge will provide you with Alaskan-style hospitality. Owned and operated by 20+ year resident Capt'n Lou, who also has 15 years of salmon and halibut guiding experience on the Kenai Peninsula. Whether it's barn door halibut or world class King Salmon, we'll provide you with a world-class fishing adventure.

Accommodations:

The Main Lodge, newly opened in 2005, is located a short 2-minute walk from the Kenai River. Guests staying at the Main Fishing Lodge enjoy a variety of meals, from homestyle to gourmet. Box lunches are provided on all your fishing excursions.

Suites:

We also have 2 fully furnished suites for our more adventurous clients. Each suite sleeps 4. Clients who choose to stay in their own suite may also include meal service upon request.

Located in Soldotna, Alaska within the Kenai Peninsula, yes this is the home of the famous Kenai River where the world record King Salmon was taken. It is also home to some of the greatest fishing on earth along with some breath taking scenery.
